      1. Recognition for Ray as “Welcoming Committee”
        1. Brent investigated golf club head cover – no good options
        2. Checked out VT Gift Barn – also no good options
        3. Will review ideas with VT Trophy
        4. Possible recognition at golf event in Aug.
        5. Maybe offer to cover costs for Ray
      2. Tax return
        1. EIN Tax postcard – filed on old EIN number
        2. Missing documentation of what was filed
        3. Option to refile
        4. If tax status is lost hard to get back
        5. Brent will respond, may call Montpellier phone number
  • Newsletter
    1. Template is now set up and Nick has sent some newsletters this year
    2. Key for next year is for content to be created by officers and committee chairs and submitted in a timely manner.
    3. Keep for next year/ newsletter should have:
      1. Meeting summaries
      2. Photographs
      3. Program
    4. Treasury
      1. $13,202.57 balance
      2. Holiday inn – missing invoices, Nick obtained and Courtney paid
      3. $704 last meeting (25 ppl) $935 prev. meeting (35 ppl)
      4. Reimbursed Charlie for pres. Elect training
    5. April meeting recap:
      1. 25 attended, 7 surveys
      2. Mixed reviews, comments mostly noted lack of HVAC connection
      3. Tonight – make verbal bridge to HVAC w/ electric cars; RSVP 25 currently
    6. June Fun event
      1. Sponsors – waiting on logos
      2. Looking to get head count for teams soon
      3. Sponsors to cover food ~$580 for 60 ppl
      4. In past less commonly seen members attend June event
      5. Corn hole sets, 5-6 found for borrowing, looking for 4-5 more sets
      6. Park closes at dark
      7. Event typically ends 5pm or so
      8. Sandwiches at check-in/ noon / 12:30 start
      9. Tom Dacres reserved pavilion
      10. To help RP $60 per team
      11. $30 per person team or no team – easier registration
      12. Prizes = trophies
      13. Emcee covered
      14. Profits go to RP

    8. Resource Promotion
      1. Rick no longer able to fulfill role due to personal difficulties
      2. RP currently:
        1. 8 weeks – $4,000 low: $6615 goal, $2714 raised, off $635 from last year
        2. ASHRAE RP.com – Generate report
        3. RP calls divided by group – Maybe 40 calls
