      2. Update: Ray Hickey no longer serving as greeter; Tim Houle has taken over.
  • Newsletter: 2 sent this year; data from MailChimp indicates a good rate for opens and clicks.
  1. Nominating committee: Vote will occur during April meeting.
  2. 40 RSVP for tonight – may need to start charging for no shows
  3. Chapter service award for Rack Hickey – Brent will do officially with Society or unofficially

    1. YEA Night – Tonight, Tate has short presentation

      1. April – Could this be promoted with other organizations? (IEEE?)

    1. May – EV demo at Burlington Electric or Green Mountain Power in Colchester
      1. Some concern about commercialism – need to be careful
    2. June – Corn hole tournament
      1. Location – Airport Park, Colchester
      2. Tom Dacres can reserve, since he is resident
      3. Expenses:
        1. Food
        2. Venue
  • Corn hole set ups – buy/ borrow/ build?
  1. Insurance/ waiver

  1. Income – Not critical to make money at event; need to cover expenses
