    1. March meeting minutes were Approved during meeting
      1. Tate made motion to approve
  4. REPORTS
    1. President –
      1. Slate announced in March (via email)
      2. Slate Survey sent out on April 9th. Will tally votes after 1 week.
        1. Some members did not receive email. Will check list and re-send if needed.

      1. Taxes
        1. We filed taxes with the incorrect Tax ID number. We have used this same TIN for years.
        2. We have 15 months to regain our tax-exempt status. There is a fee associated with this (under $200). Tate will get this processed.
    3. CTTC – Fund raising, PDH Certificates, and events.
      1. Insight from Region 1 President:
        1. Chapter leaders should consider whether in-person meetings are appropriate based on the local circumstances and a local risk assessment. Some areas across the country where there is a greater risk, we have seen some Chapters cancel their Chapter meetings until further notice. On the other hand, other chapters are continuing to hold meetings. The choice is up to you as president of your Chapter and your board of governors. If you decide to cancel the in-person meetings, you may want to take advantage an electronic format so you can still conduct a monthly meeting virtually. Use of webinars, GoToMeetings, and other electronic meeting systems are encouraged. The safety and welfare of members is our highest priority.
      2. Future meetings- ALL CANCELLED.
        1. April-June: If online option is possible, we will forward to chapter.
          1. YEA webinar on Controls
        2. Golf Event: Rob Ward will check in with John Grout about status
          1. This is largest fundraiser of the year for our chapter.
    4. EC – Newsletters, Website, Social Media
      1. Officers please send headshots and Linked In info. We’d like to add this to our website. Send to Rachael or Charlie.
      2. Sponsors
        1. Rachael added all sponsors to website. No monthly updates needed.
        2. List all sponsors for Newsletter for each month they paid for.
    5. RP/Sponsorship –
      1. Sponsorship: No update
      2. Research Promotion – Goal $7,000
        1. Currently $2,755 – Slightly ahead of last year.
        2. Chapter typically sends our RP check in May/June
    6. GAC – No updates
    7. Student Activities – Budget and involvement.
      1. Summer HVAC internship opportunities listed in April newsletter.
      2. VTC chose Samantha Daniels for ASHRAE award winner.
      3. Samantha Daniels was chosen for CVC Past Presidents Scholarship
    8. Historian – 50th Anniversary Event: Charter states October 1970 was CVC’s beginning.
      1. Committee for 50th Anniversary of chapter is Mike Cook, Tom Zoller, Dick Wilcox, Rob Favali & Tom Dacres Jr.
      2. Event is on hold. Need to see if timeline is still possible. If not may postpone until Spring 2021.
      3. Will not collect donations/sponsorships yet, had $6,500 pledged.
        1. Original plan: Sep 3rd 2020 at the Hilton.
        2. ASHRAE President Chuck Gulledge would join
    9. MP – New members and delinquents
      1. Scott is not continuing next year – Charlie to pick up where he left off. MJ will support.
      2. Any new members got involved with ASHRAE?
      3. Delinquent members: ask Regional MP Chair for literature to follow up with members.
    10. YEA – No Updates

    1. Region 1 President-Elect training, for Greg D., has been postponed.
