   1. February meeting minutes need approval – Approved during meeting

   1. President –
      1. Slate announced in March (via email)
      2. Vote in April at meeting
      3. Tom Z. to inquire to more folks on VP position. We also need to check if Charlie needs to be on the BOG as outgoing president

      1. Insight from Region 1 President:
         1. “Chapter leaders should consider whether in-person meetings are appropriate based on the local circumstances and a local risk assessment. Some areas across the country where there is a greater risk, we have seen some Chapters cancel their Chapter meetings until further notice. On the other hand, other chapters are continuing to hold meetings. The choice is up to you as president of your Chapter and your board of governors. If you decide to cancel the in-person meetings, you may want to take advantage an electronic format so you can still conduct a monthly meeting virtually. Use of webinars, GoToMeetings, and other electronic meeting systems are encouraged. The safety and welfare of members is our highest priority.
      2. Were PDH Certificates for previous meetings sent out?
         1. Yes, Greg D. to close out surveys.
      3. Were surveys sent out for previous meetings?
         1. Results for DL Meetings summarized and sent to National.
         2. Other Results should be recorded and sent to Regional for PAOE Points.
      4. Future meetings- Updates
         1. March: CANCELLED. Possibly rescheduled.
         2. April: Wed April 1^st
            1. Nick T. to present on Research Promotion
         3. May: Plan to have a panel discussion on fire safety and possible YEA presentation
         4. June: Fun Event
            1. Corn hole? Coming up with ideas for Venue and activity.
   5. EC – Newsletters, Website, Social Media
      1. Officers please send headshots and Linked In info. We’d like to add this to our website. Send to Rachael or Charlie.
      2. Sponsors updated on our website. Needs monthly updates
         1. Rachael to add all sponsors to website. No monthly updates needed.
         2. List all sponsors for Newsletter and meetings.
   6. RP/Sponsorship –
      1. New Sponsorship section on website
         1. Updates from Nick.
         2. New sponsors: Any unpaid, D&K Promised, need to follow up.
            1. Is Vermont Mechanical going to be a gold sponsor – Nick to follow up.
         3. Goal is $4,000 for sponsorship
            1. Currently at $3,800 – on track
         4. Research Promotion – Goal $7,000
            1. Currently $2,600 – Slightly ahead of last year.
   7. GAC – Monthly updates
      1. Updates from Dick W. on the GAC meeting
         1. Meeting not likely to happen in this ASHRAE year.
      2. On track with goals.
   8. Student Activities – Budget and involvement.
      1. Are there summer internship opportunities in HVAC?
         1. Charlie will inquire about in next newsletter.
      2. Senior Project visit on April 1
      3. VTC chose Samantha Daniels for ASHRAE award winner.
   9. Historian – Charter states October 1970 was CVC’s beginning.
      1. ASHRAE President will join: Chuck Gulledge
      2. Committee for 50^th Anniversary of chapter will be Mike Cook, Tom Zoller, Dick Wilcox, Rob Favali & Tom Dacres Jr.
      3. Event 03-SEP-2020 at the Hilton
      4. Seeking donations/sponsorships for event
         1. Establishing a budget
   10. MP – New members and delinquents
       1. Scott is not continuing next year – Charlie to pick up where he left off. MJ will support.
       2. Any new members got involved with ASHRAE?
       3. Delinquent members, ask Regional MP Chair for literature to follow up with members.
   11. YEA – YEA involvement and activities
       1. Skiing event took place at Cochran’s in Feb. 5 attendees!
5. New Topics – Meeting Invites:
   1. President to invite 2 weeks before event – with the idea of notifying members early and frequently.
   2. Include meeting dates and topics in newsletter and calendar online.
   3. Contact Region 1 for president elect training for Greg D.
