   1. President –
      1. Ideas for Vice President
         1. Tate has agreed to fill VP position. BOG to work on offloading Tate’s other roles.
      2. Need to vote on Nominating Committee

         3. MJ Cannot be on it- We need to find another non-BOG or Chair member to be on Nominating Committee. Ideas??
         4. Ask Tom D from VHV and Nathan M. from Efficiency Vermont.
   2. Secretary – Will summarize monthly meetings for Newsletter.
      1. Please assign to another ASHRAE member if cannot attend presentation
   3. Treasurer – Balance is $16,235.90
      1. There has been an issue with TD Bank Bill Pay. Bill pay resolved as of meeting.
   4. CTTC – Fund raising, PDH Certificates, and events.
      1. Set up Meeting date for each Chair
         1. Membership Promotion or YEA Could be in March
         2. Other Chair’s interested: History, GAC, Student Activities…
      2. Were PDH Certificates for November and December meetings sent out?
         1. Tate to upload attendance list to help Greg D. distribute PDH credits.
         2. Were surveys sent out for previous meetings?
            1. Results should be recorded and sent to Regional for PAOE Points.
      3. Future meetings- Updates
         1. January: Joint meeting with VGBN at Shelburne Library
            1. Needed to RSVP by yesterday. There is a discount for tour only ($10)
            2. Charlie to get attendance information from ASHRAE to compare with Jenna’s attendance
         2. February: ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer at Better Buildings by Design
            1. Special code for ASHRAE members discount?
            2. We can use a Hospitality room for a second session right after lunch. If there is a cancelation in regular programming ASHRAE DL will get first dibs.
            3. Second session for ASHRAE members only
         3. March, April and May?

      2. Can we update sponsors on our website? Rachael to update sponsors based on Nick’s sponsorship list. Old ones still showing
   6. RP/Sponsorship –
      1. New Sponsorship section on website
         1. Updates from Nick?
         2. New sponsors: 2 at Bronze ($100), 1 at Gold ($500), 1 at Silver (being processed)
            1. Others include D&K, VHV, Filter Sales & Service, and E.W. Leonard, RayPak and Cx Associates.
            2. $2,500 currently committed, $1,600 paid.
            3. LAARS Heating Systems Company wants to be a Silver Sponsor. They want to pay us online and asked for our W9 and bank routing numbers. Does this sound legit? – Inquire about writing a check.
            4. Goal is $4,000 for sponsorship
      2. Research Promotion
         1. Full Circle was achieved and Full Circle Plus!
         2. Only $96 short of reaching 30% of our chapters annual goal by Dec 31^st

   7. GAC – Monthly updates
      1. Updates from Dick W. on the GAC meeting?
      2. Report filed.
      3. PAOE points submitted Dec 15
   8. Student Activities – Budget and involvement.
      788. VTC budget. They are short $2,788.88
           1. ASHRAE to commit $2,200.00 (approved in budget) towards ASHRAE trip. 8 Student members are planning on going.
           2. They still have T-shirt and 50/50 raffle to raise some more money.
           3. Dillon to inquire about the date that student club will need money by.
   9. Historian – Charter states October 1970 was CVC’s beginning.
      1. UPDATES? Will meet after Holidays
      2. Committee for 50^th Anniversary of chapter will be Mike Cook, Tom Zoller and Dick Wilcox & Tom Dacres Jr.
   10. MP – New members and delinquents
       1. Upgrade membership levels –
          1. Scott to reach out and accumulate a list of members who need to renew or upgrade membership.
       2. Any new members got involved with ASHRAE?
          1. Newsletter announcement?
       3. Delinquent members, should we send reminders?
   11. YEA – YEA involvement and activities
       1. Goal to get CVC member to YEA event. Money in budget.
          1. Young leadership Weekend in Minneapolis May 15-17
          2. $500 event

       2. Additional Events? – Tate C. sent our survey asking about interest from YEAs:
          1. VT Billiards Event.
          2. Night Skiing

5. New Topics – Meeting Invites and BBD Conference:
   1. Charlie C. to invite 2 weeks before event – with the idea of notifying members early and frequently.
   2. Include meeting dates and topics in newsletter and calendar online.
   3. BBD Schedule not updated to show ASHRAE DL in show schedule.
