    1. President –
      1. Review Chapter By Laws
        1. President Needs to Sign by Nov 1st.
      2. Ideas for Vice President
        1. Ben Fowler – Brent to follow up.
        2. Mike Gifford- Vermont Gas – Charlie to follow up
        3. MBO’s due by October 1st, 2019 for each Chair
          1. Closed – All people involved completed their portion.
    2. Secretary – Will summarize monthly meetings for Newsletter.
      1. Please assign to another ASHRAE member if cannot attend presentation.
    3. Treasurer – Balance is $15,444.89
      1. Currently no expenses, need Holiday Inn receipt from September 4th – Charlie to follow up.
    4. CTTC – Fund raising, PDH Certificates, and events.
      1. Greg to get list of monthly meetings for the year to Charlie.
      2. Send schedule to Region 1 for Excom schedule meeting.
      3. Set up Meeting date for each Chair
        1. Membership Promotion, RP, YEA
        2. Nick Suggested RP Night in November
        3. Other Chair’s interested: History, GAC, Student Activities…
      4. Greg to send out PDH Certificates for September and October meeting.
      5. Nick is working on fund raising from sponsors.
    5. EC – Officers please send headshots and Linked In info. We’d like to add this to our website. Send to Rachael or Charlie.
    6. RP/Sponsorship – Nick made a pie chart showing where money goes.
      1. New Sponsorship section to website
      2. Nick to explain difference between sponsorship and research promotion, and where the money goes
        1. November Meeting would be great time or this.
      3. Full Circle & Full Circle Plus
        1. $100 due by Mid-November from all applicable board members – goal to achieve full circle plus.
    7. GAC – Group huddle on 10/10 involving Dick, Mallory, and Rob.
    8. Student Activities – Budget and involvement.
      1. VTC budget meeting – didn’t go well – more on how the chapter can be supported
      2. Dillion is advocating for more involvement.
    9. Historian – Charter states October 1970 was CVC’s beginning.
      1. Committee for 50th Anniversary of chapter will be Mike Cook, Tom Zoller and Dick Wilcox & Tom Dacres Jr.
      2. Could get next year’s Society President to join if we book him soon.
      3. Event planning, Dick to check on hotel availability.
    10. MP – Upgrade membership levels – Scott to reach out and accumulate a list of members who need to renew or upgrade membership.
    11. YEA – YEA involvement and activities
      1. Goal to get CVC member to YEA event. Money in budget.
      2. Bike & Trivia event – Tate to work with Greg on event ideas.
  5. New Item:
    1. Brent to be reimbursed for plaque
