      1. Sponsorship
        1. One new company joined – Control Tech at the Gold level.
        2. Now 7 companies total raising $4,250 which is close to what was budgeted.
        3. About 35 companies on contact list, only about 5 don’t have someone now assigned.
      2. Website / Newsletter
        1. Rachael has been updating the website.
        2. Nick sent out the newsletter last week including meeting RSVP
        3. Cx Associates posted one job, we charged $100
  • Nominating Committee – Nick follow up with Tom
    1. Committee has all positions set except for Treasurer; Nick to review with Tom

    1. Balance – $15,300.40
    2. Received payment from CTI for Sponsorship, reimbursed Charlie for DL expenses, paid Holiday Inn for January event.

      1. Leadership weekend in Portland, OR
        1. Tate signed up and the event and lodging costs ($700) were paid for by Region I.
        2. Flight costs $560, Tate’s employer may be able to cover some of it; Nick to review w/ Tate.

    4. Scholarships
      1. Two VTC students won national scholarships, each for $5,000. We will present these to the students at a monthly meeting or at VTC. Nick will coordinate with Leo

      1. Past Meeting Review
        1. Topic: 2019 VT Energy Code Update, Mechanical and Domestic Hot Water.
        2. Attendance: 43, above average
        3. Rating: average 78%
        4. Comments were mixed, some impressed others expected more detail
      2. Better Buildings
        1. Topic #1: How to Implement Demand Control Ventilation and Comply with ASHRAE Standards – Attendance about 60 total
        2. Topic #2: Commissioning, Operating and Maintaining Air-to-Air Energy Recovery Systems – Attendance about 40 total.
        3. Number of ASHRAE attendees will be determined using discount code list and RSVP list.
      3. March Meeting – Topic is Indoor Grow Room Design
        1. Wed March 20th, Dinner. Nick to confirm availability with Holiday Inn.
        2. Paul Stewart, VP of Sales, Desert Aire will be in area that date
        3. Has done presentation at many ASHRAE Chapters around the Country
      4. April Meeting – Topic is Microgrids
        1. This was presented at NH Chapter and received positive response
        2. Wed April 3rd, Dinner
        3. Alexander Tang, Project manager, TRC
      5. May Meeting – Electric Vehicle Demo
        1. Exact date & Location TBD
        2. Meeting with Dave Roberts from Drive Electric Vermont to get ideas and contacts
      6. New Business
        1. Year End Fun Event
          1. Rob Ward and Greg Deutscher will take lead
          2. Idea for Corn Hole tournament in park (Colchester?) with a cookout.
