The Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) Committee Chair shall enhance member benefits for young professional members, age 35 years and younger, by identifying, creating, and supporting activities and services focused on their needs.
The YEA committee is focused on enhancing member benefits for young professional ASHRAE members, 35 years old and younger, by identifying, creating, and supporting activities and services focused on your unique needs. A primary focus of the committee will be attracting and developing YEA members for future membership and leadership in ASHRAE and the HVAC&R industry.
