Women and STEM: Enhancing Innovation and Sustainability through Diversity

October 21 @ 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Please join us Monday Oct. 21st to hear from ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer, Dr. Theresa Weston of Holt Weston Consultancy. Currently women make up 15.7% of the engineering and architectural workforce. Dr. Weston says “While it is easy to focus on the numbers, my successful 35-year career as a woman engineer has shown me that numbers do not tell the whole story.  Rather the focus should be establishing a social and intellectual environment that encourages personal growth and performance of everyone. ” Come and hear her full message!
